The workpiece feed axis (Y-axis) is equipped with a linear scale for closed-loop position feedback, ensuring micron-level grinding accuracy. This machine is suitable for the production of medium to large batches of carbide inserts, PCD inserts, and CBN inserts. Once centering is completed, the system achieves the ideal state of "constant-pressure grinding and flexible feed" with the push of a button.
